Raila Amolo Odinga (born January 7, 1945) is a prominent Kenyan politician who served as the Prime Minister of Kenya from 2008 to 2013.  He has been a central figure in Kenyan politics, serving as the Member of Parliament for Langata from 1992 to 2013 and leading the opposition since 2013.
