This empowerment initiative allows Maasai women to showcase their traditional beadwork, crafts, and cultural items with dignity, helping them earn income sustainably. By connecting these women artisans with tourists, Josantos Safaris fosters economic independence within the community, preserves Maasai culture, and enriches the safari experience for guests through authentic cultural engagement.
